Who Wants Quick Weight Loss ? By Joseph Williams
From my observations there are many people who want quick but don’t seem to want to follow the rules or put in the effort that it takes to get the quick that they want. I even see it in my own family, they deep down know what it takes to lose weight fast but lack the discipline that it takes to be persistent in following the rules to lose weight quickly. Ultimately even within myself I have noticed that it all comes down to what priorities we have, do we want to sit down and watch that great TV show or do we want to do something a little more active, what about that chocolate, or do we choose something healthy. I know a person that exercises religiously, they are overweight and are always complaining how others can get quick and no matter how much she works out she isn’t getting the she desires. Part of the answer is staring her in the face, and that is that she is constantly eating junk food, food that is not nutritionally dense and full of fat and sugar. Don’t get me wrong I love my junk food too but there has to be a balance. To maintain a healthy weight I personally think that there is nothing wrong with eating food that is not all that healthy but as I said earlier there needs to be a balance, the rules I try to follow is eat healthy meals with occasional treats and get regular exercise making sure that you are eating enough nutritious food to compensate with the stress of exercise and life in general. The above method is what I follow for maintaining a weight and enjoying my food at the same time, but if you want quick the you need to follow a whole new discipline, there are many places that you can get information unfortunately not all information is good, even amongst the professionals in the health industry there is constant changes in opinion of what works and what doesn’t. I heard this from an accountant, you can make statistics say whatever you want them to say, and the same goes with the medical studies that are done, all you have to do is leave out the information that doesn’t support what you are trying to prove or taking all aspects into consideration. If you want quick use common sense, ask yourself is this action going to bring me closer to my goal or further away.
