Healthy eating patterns can only occur when you're enjoying all the foods you eat. If you change your eating habits to low-fat foods and you're not enjoying it or don't like how it make you feel, this most likely won't be a permanent change. But, if you begin enjoying healthy foods, you're far more likely to stick to the change of healthy eating for life.

Many people also enjoy eating out. It is very possible to eat a healthy, low-fat meal in a restaurant that sticks to your program. You don't need to omit your favorite foods. The same process occurs whether you eat at home or eat at a restaurant.
